Contact the PuzzleVault project
This page provides the project’s feedback channel for the games, guides and English learning room. For a game problem, include the game name, mode or level, device/browser and the steps that led to the problem. Explain what you expected and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment details or private account data.
What you can send
Use the form for gameplay bugs, accessibility feedback, translation corrections, content corrections, copyright concerns or privacy requests. For a content concern, include the affected page and describe the passage or asset. Do not submit someone else’s private information.
Report a learning correction
Include the lesson title, page address, passage or question number, the wording or answer that seems wrong, and your suggested correction with a source if available. For a playback problem, include the browser and selected voice; do not send a recording or a full learning backup unless needed and specifically requested. Backups may include your writing and personal study history.
Report a rights concern
Identify the affected page and material, explain your connection to the rights or the basis of the concern, and provide a source or permission record where possible. Do not attach identity documents or unrelated personal information. The form is an inquiry channel, not confirmation that a claim has been resolved.
An external feedback service
The button opens the project’s Google Forms feedback channel in a new tab. It is not an on-site live chat, and submitting it is a separate action. Google’s service may process information you choose to provide. If the form cannot open, try opening it directly in another browser; do not repeatedly submit the same report.
