How to Play PatternPop
Press Ready, watch the blue ◆ pads, then select their remembered positions after they disappear. Order does not matter. The board grows from 3×3 to 6×6 as rounds advance. From round 5, brief red × decoys appear; ignore them. Use touch or focus the board and move with arrow keys, then Enter or Space to select. Each completed round scores 100 times its target count, doubled for an error-free round averaging under half a second per target. Classic and Daily start with three lives. Daily repeats the shared seeded layouts and can be replayed for practice. Endless has unlimited lives; Speed starts with just one. A hint replays the same pattern at a slower pace without changing the targets.

How does the grid grow?
Rounds 1–4 use 3×3, 5–8 use 4×4, 9–14 use 5×5, and round 15 onward uses 6×6.
What are decoys?
From round 5, red × pads flash for 0.3 seconds. Only the blue ◆ targets count. Selecting a decoy or another wrong pad costs a life. Decoys increase up to four.
How is the score calculated?
A completed round earns 100 × target count. No mistakes and an average under 0.5 seconds per target doubles that round’s points.
Can I replay the pattern?
The hint replays the current pattern more slowly and keeps targets already found. Help is currently free. If a reward provider is connected, it will ask before showing an ad.
How do the modes differ?
